• Item numbers and quantities, stored locally on your device
• Customer and vendor contact details (name, address, email, phone number) that you choose to enter into the app, stored locally on your device
• Purchase history, processed through Google Play Billing when you subscribe to premium features
• App interaction data (such as screens viewed), collected via Firebase Analytics
• Crash logs and diagnostic data, collected via Firebase Crashlytics, to help us identify and fix technical issues
• Device identifiers, collected via Firebase Analytics for the purposes described below

2. Purpose of Data Usage

The collected data is used strictly for the following purposes:

• Organizing your product and inventory information
• Managing your customer and vendor contact records within the app
• Processing and managing your subscription purchases
• Understanding app usage and improving app performance and stability
• Diagnosing and fixing crashes and technical errors

3. Data Storage

Your inventory data (item numbers and quantities) and any customer or vendor contact details you enter are stored only on your device and are never transmitted to us or any third party.

Purchase and subscription data is processed and stored by Google Play Billing in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy.

Analytics and crash/diagnostic data is collected and processed by Firebase (a Google service), also governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.

4. Data Sharing

Your inventory data and customer/vendor contact details are never shared with any third party.

Purchase history, app interaction data, device identifiers, and crash/diagnostic data are shared with Google, as the provider of Google Play Billing and Firebase services, solely to enable subscription processing, analytics, and crash reporting.

We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

5. User Control

You remain in full control of your data. You can:

• Uninstall the app to permanently remove all locally stored data, including customer and vendor contact details
• Manage or cancel your subscription through Google Play
• Review Google’s own privacy controls at https://myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy

6. Children’s Privacy

This app is not intended for children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

In the United Kingdom, under the UK GDPR, children aged 13 and older can provide consent for processing their data in the context of online services. For users under 13, parental consent is required.
This policy aligns with similar regulations globally, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the EU.
