This privacy policy explains how the Mini-WMS Android application (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) handles your data when you use the app to connect your own eBay, Amazon, or Shopify account.

1. Data Collection

The app may collect the following information through secure user authorization:

Customer names, addresses, and order information
Item numbers and quantities
API credentials such as OAuth tokens or access keys (entered by you)

All data is collected only when you explicitly connect your store account to the app.

2. Purpose of Data Usage

The collected data is used strictly for the following purposes:

Displaying your sales orders within the app
Allowing you to manage and fulfill orders
Organizing your product and inventory information

3. Data Storage

All data, including API tokens and customer/order details, is stored only on your device.
The app does not transmit or store any data on external servers owned by the developer or any third parties.

Your data is never shared with any third-party service, advertiser, analytics platform, or external system.

5. User Control

You remain in full control of your data. You can:

Disconnect your store at any time, which will stop access to your store’s sales orders and customer data.
Delete stored API credentials/OAuth/Tokens through the app’s “Setup -> System Parameters” screen.
Uninstall the app to permanently remove all locally stored data

6. Children’s Privacy

This app is not intended for children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

In the United Kingdom, under the UK GDPR, children aged 13 and older can provide consent for processing their data in the context of online services. For users under 13, parental consent is required.
This policy aligns with similar regulations globally, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the EU.
